• Trusted contacts: names and mobile numbers of people you designate to receive safety alerts.
• Safety reports: incident reports and evidence you submit or that are submitted about you.
• Usage data: device, browser, and interaction information collected automatically.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To rotate and relist your ads to sites you connect;
• To verify client phone numbers and run safety checks;
• To run safety sessions, check-ins, location sharing, and SOS escalation;
• To send you transactional and safety-related messages;
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS & Phone Verification

We use third-party telecom providers (such as Telnyx) to send verification codes and safety alerts via SMS. Phone numbers you submit may be looked up to return carrier and routing information for screening. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies as processors acting on our instructions.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only: with trusted contacts you designate (for safety alerts); with third-party advertising sites you connect (to relist your ads); with telecom and infrastructure providers needed to operate the Service; to comply with legal process; and to protect the rights, safety, or property of HottBodiesGuardian, our users, or the public. Community safety reports may be surfaced to other providers to support screening, in an aggregated or de-identified manner where appropriate.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Safety reports and related records may be retained longer to support community screening and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data; certain records may be kept where required by law or to prevent abuse.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. Sensitive details such as passwords are hashed.

7. Your Rights
