These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HottBodiesGuardian website and applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HottBodiesGuardian is a provider-companion platform offering ad rotation, client phone screening, real-time safety sessions with trusted-contact escalation, and community safety reporting. The Service is a supplemental safety and productivity tool; it is not a law-enforcement, emergency-response, or security service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reports or information;
• Harass, stalk, or threaten any person, or incite others to do so;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

4. Your Content & Ads

You retain ownership of the ad content, photos, notes, and other materials you submit ("Content"). You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and the rights of others. You grant HottBodiesGuardian a limited license to store, display, and transmit your Content solely to operate the Service, including relisting ads to third-party sites you have connected.

5. Safety Sessions & Emergency Disclaimer

Safety sessions, check-ins, location sharing, SOS alerts, and trusted-contact notifications depend on your device, browser permissions, internet connectivity, and SMS delivery — any of which can fail or be delayed. The Service is not a substitute for emergency services. In an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services directly whenever you are able. HottBodiesGuardian does not monitor sessions in real time and does not guarantee that any alert will be delivered or acted upon.

6. Client Screening & Reports

Phone lookups, identifier checks, and community reports are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. A clean result does not guarantee safety, and a flagged result does not establish guilt. You are responsible for your own safety decisions. You agree to submit only truthful, first-hand reports and understand that abusive or false reporting may result in termination.

7. SMS & Communications

The Service sends SMS messages (verification codes, safety alerts, and similar) through third-party providers. Message and data rates may apply. You consent to receive these messages in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party advertising sites, telecom providers, and other services. HottBodiesGuardian is not responsible for the practices or availability of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Fees

Some features may require payment. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HottBodiesGuardian disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or safe.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HottBodiesGuardian and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, income, or safety, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the legal theory.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HottBodiesGuardian harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. HottBodiesGuardian may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and may remove Content upon termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
